480 Broadway is located in the center of downtown Saratoga Springs, NY next to Saratoga Springs City Hall, across from Saratoga Springs Post Office, and kitty–corner from the Adirondack Trust Company. The intersection is Lake Avenue and Broadway coming Form the south, and Broadway and Church Street coming from the north. 480 Broadway is a long green building with maroon trim located immediately north of City Hall. The elevator is accessed through the main door of the building which also serves as the entrance for "Hungry Spot Cafe". Past the dining area is an elevator on the left, and we are located at Suite 250 on the second floor. The elevator door opens at our office door, so the office is completely handicapped accessible.
